Pampinea, the woman in the Decameron who advocates fleeing to the countryside to escape the plague that invades Florence, and organises dances and banquets to dispel sorrowful thoughts and heartache. To this lady, both courageous and fragile at the same time, is dedicated this room, with walls adorned with precious original decorations, a small entrance featuring an antique red velvet sofa and a comfortable bed with an 18th century wooden and gold headboard. The large bathroom window frames a view of fir
trees and Mount Giovi.
